BYIS has build over 10,000 direct fired process heaters, with customized designs to fit the application needs.

These systems are designed to provide high temperature heat at low pressure to a large variety of down-steam equipment. Heaters provided have used every type of heat transfer fluid available. Size of the equipment has varied from 3.0 million btu/hr to 121.0 million BTU/hr.

The heaters can be either horizontal or vertical and use a serpentine or helical coil depending upon the application. The heaters can be of radiant – convection type or convective type.
